In order for team members to see any projects created by team members they must be added to the project first - even team administrators. 

Because Airstory values writers' privacy, unless a team member is added to a project they will not be able to view that project. 

To add a team member to a project so that s/he might view that project, please follow these steps: 

  1. Open the project to which you'd like to add your team member.
  2. Click on the green 'Share' button in the upper right-hand corner of the document.
  3. Click on 'Add Team Member'.
  4. Select the name(s) of the team member(s) you'd like to add to the project and assign their editorial permission level
  5. Save your changes.

Team members added to a project will be able to see your project in their account immediately. 

NB: It is important to remember that once an individual has accepted the invitation to join your team, s/he will not receive a notification when s/he has been added to your project - you must let the team member know that they have been added to your project.
