In order for team members to see any projects created by team members they must be added to the project first - even team administrators.
Because Airstory values writers' privacy, unless a team member is added to a project they will not be able to view that project.
To add a team member to a project so that s/he might view that project, please follow these steps:
- Open the project to which you'd like to add your team member.
- Click on the green 'Share' button in the upper right-hand corner of the document.
- Click on 'Add Team Member'.
- Select the name(s) of the team member(s) you'd like to add to the project and assign their editorial permission level.
- Save your changes.
Team members added to a project will be able to see your project in their account immediately.
NB: It is important to remember that once an individual has accepted the invitation to join your team, s/he will not receive a notification when s/he has been added to your project - you must let the team member know that they have been added to your project.
