In order for any team member to see any project(s) created by other team members they must be added to the project first by the project's owner (the person who created the project). 

Because Airstory values writers' privacy, unless a team member is added to a project they will not be able to view that project. 

To add a team member to a project so that s/he might view that project, follow these steps: 

  1. Open the project to which you'd like to add the team member.
  2. Click on the green 'Share' button in the upper right-hand corner of the document.
  3. Click on 'Add Team Member'.
  4. Select the name(s) of the team member(s) you'd like to add to the project and assign their editorial permission level - if you do not see the team member's name in the list of team members ensure the individual has been added to the team
  5. Save your changes.

Team members added to a project will be able to see your project in their account immediately. 

NB: Once an individual has accepted the invitation to join your team - and then enabled Airstory browser notifications -, s/he will receive a notification when s/he has been added to team members' projects.
